ABOUT

The raw material in the artworks is parchment (wax) paper. The paper undergoes a transformative process - painted, sewn, washed, dried, and densely embroidered - resulting in a richly textured, tactile surface. The paper is not a passive surface, but rather takes an active part in the composition and its evolution. The artworks are both two- and three-dimensional, blurring the boundaries between surface and structure.

1994-1997 M.A. Art Therapy studies at Lesley College, Boston, USA

1997-2017 Therapy by Art specialist in several Institutions
